Welcome to Sprout Support, where you can get expert help with technical issues or request website edits or updates. To get started, please complete a Support Request Form (SRF). Please note that our hourly rates and estimated project turnaround times are detailed below the form.

Support Request
Hourly Rates
Please note that all work is billed (via credit or debit card) in 15-minute increments at a rate of $100 per hour during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern time). Evening and weekend rates are $200 per hour.
Hourly:
Checking this box means that you agree to Sprout’s $100 hourly rate for up to one hour of work. If the work will exceed this amount, we will contact you with an estimate.
Web Maintenance Contract:
Work will be completed with credits from your monthly web maintenance retainer. If the work will exceed your available balance, we will contact you with an estimate.
Warranty Repair:
Any typos, errors, or technical issues identified within 30 days of the time of publishing or posting will be resolved at no charge.
I’m Not Sure:
We will contact you to discuss payment options.
Estimated Project Turnaround Times
URGENT REQUESTS:
We will be in touch with you shortly after receiving your Support Request Form. You may also call our service team at (603) 227-5240, extension 2, after completing this form.
ROUTINE SERVICE REQUESTS
(UNDER ONE HOUR):
Requests that can be completed within an hour will have an estimated turnaround time of two business days. Once the work has been completed, you will receive an email notification, and if necessary, an invoice (to be paid via credit or debit card within 30 days).
ROUTINE SERVICE REQUESTS
(ABOVE ONE HOUR):
If your project will take more than one hour to complete, we will provide a price quote and time estimate. A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. Once the work is completed, you will receive an email notification and invoice for the balance (to be paid via credit or debit card within 30 days).
